Feasibility Study
This phase involves a site visit (either virtual or physical) with an engineer, who evaluates local building codes, understanding customer requirements, generating a schematic level (SD) site plan PDF, and creating an Early Panel (EP) 3D BIM model.

Design Services
We ensure that all constraints and requirements are integrated into the design. After completing the digital fabrication and integrated design process, the PreFab home is built off-site in our manufacturing facility.

Off-Site Production
During the off-site construction of the prefab home, site plans are utilized to carefully schedule each day of production, ensuring optimal efficiency. This method is engineered to minimize product waste and is executed with timely precision.

PreFab Shipment
The PreFab Home is shipped with all required parts, carefully organized to facilitate installation.
It takes about 3-5 weeks approximately for Shipping, Customs Clearing, and Delivery.

Onsite Construction Process
The PreFab Home is assembled on site. Once the package arrives and is on-site, the Builder takes charge, using labor and overhead cranes for offloading and assembly.
